Description:

John Bell’s text for this traditional Scottish melody admits that were I the perfect child of God, I’d gladly follow Jesus. But because I’m a product of the frail human condition I look for God’s grace to make me that person.
The arrangers have given this song a folklike treatment with piano imitating the finger picking of a folk guitar, and minimal two-then three-part chordal harmonies.
