Description:

The Iona Community is an ecumenical Christian organization in Scotland founded in 1938 committed to social and economic justice and the inclusion of the most vulnerable in society. Composer John Bell, and member of the Iona Community, has published many hymns and songs with this commitment in mind. In keeping with Iona's objective, Karen Thompson gracefully arranged three of Bell's melodies into a subtle, elegant musical tapestry that is appropriate for any worship but it is an excellent choice for Lent and Eastertide or when the sermon theme centers around social justice.
