Few people in t he wind band world have expressed as compelling a vision for the profession as H. Robert Reynolds. Professor Reynolds is former Director of University Bands and Conductor of the Symphony Band at the University of Michigan. He currently conducts the Wind Ensemble and is The H. Robert Reynolds Professor of Music at the University of Southern California.

In this one-on-one conversation with Tim Lautzenheiser, Professor Reynolds provides practical insights that will help any band conductor. In addition, the conversation reveals Professor Reynolds' personal quest for knowledge, his drive to engage the legends of the music world, and how his teachers and mentors have helped him pursue excellence.
