This bundle includes:

Hanson composed Laude: Chorale, Variations and Metamorphoses in response to the 1975 commission from the College Band Directors National Association.

The title Laude reflects the work’s intended performance by a collegiate honor band.

CBDNA project chairman Frank Bencriscutto asked Hanson to compose a work for a proposed All-American Intercollegiate Band to be conducted by Frederick Fennell.
