This bundle includes:

Highbridge Excursions is a two-movement work that was commissioned by the Fayetteville-Manlius Education Foundation for the Wellwood and Eagle Hill Middle School Bands.

The work was first performed on March 14, 1995, with the composer conducting. The first movement, “Song of the Lake,” is an original melody in a British folk song style.

Driving rhythms characterize the second movement, “Festive Dance.”

It opens with a Medieval and Renaissance melodic quality and progresses to some contemporary harmonic moments.
