Down Longford Way is an arrangement in “elastic scor- ing” (flexible instrumentation) of Katherine Parker’s music. Grainger arranged it in 1935.

Shenandoah was one of Grainger’s Sea Chantey Songs for male chorus.

Both are arranged by Osmon for standard concert band instrumentation with a few exceptions: there are only two horn parts, and there are parts included for English horn and soprano saxophone.
