Robert T. Gibson, native of Houston, TX, is an active composer, arranger, musician, and educator who seeks to educate, uplift, and inspire the next generation of future music educators. He holds a Masters of Music in choral conducting from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of North Texas. Gibson has worked as guest conductor and clinician in various states including Texas, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Kansas, and New York. His arrangements can be found on the Walton Music website. 

Gibson is a member of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), Missouri Music Educators Assosiation (MMEA), Missouri Choral Directors Association (MCDA), and the National Convention of Gospel Choirs and Choruses (NCGCC). He is a proud member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc, and Pi Kappa Lambda.

​Gibson serves as director of choirs at Reed Academy and adjunct professor at Missouri State University as director of the MSU Multicultural Ensemble and Gospel Choir.

Robert currently lives in Springfield, MO with his wife Amber Renae Gibson and daughter Truly Grace.
