Free with Your Purchase of Hymnals for the Entire Congregation
Copyright Reprint License
When you order hymnals from GIA for your congregation, we will include
a free GIA copyright permission for two years or a free one year license
with OneLicense.net! That’s hundreds of dollars worth of reprint
permission good for the use of congregation parts (melody and words)
for any of GIA’s thousands of titles. This way you will always
have access to the latest music available.
The offer is good for any congregational music owned and or administered by GIA Publications, Inc. You may reprint copies of individual pieces of music for congregational use up to the number of hymnals purchased. All reprints subject to terms included in the license.
Subscription to GIA Quarterly
All parishes currently receive one free subscription to the most useful
periodical planning tool available to parish musicians. Informative articles
and suggestions for every Sunday of the year are always received in plenty
of time for advance planning. Subscription is sent automatically.
120-Day Interest-Free Financing Option
When you order hymnals from GIA, there’s nothing to sign and no down
payment. Obviously, you are welcome to pay the entire cost of your purchase
up front. However, if you choose our financing option, all we ask is that
you send some payment and continue to do so each month. After the first
four months, interest will be charged at the rate of 1% per month on the
unpaid balance only. The balance must be paid in five years. (This program
is for parishes placing quantity orders only.)
Donor Bookplates
Supplied in quantities sufficient to label every hymnal you purchase, these
bookplates allow you to pay for your hymnals completely and quickly.
Available with “Gift of” heading, “In memory of” heading,
or a combination of both headings. You may also download Word files with
