This brand new collection of some of the rarer psalms that appear throughout the lectionary reflects David's gift for interpretation of psalm texts. These settings are usable not only for Sunday Eucharist and for the various seasons, but many are also appropriate for morning and evening prayer, weddings, funerals, baptisms, and other sacramental celebrations. Several settings utilize the very evocative and engaging language and images of the new ICEL Liturgical Psalter translations.
