Jeffrey Honore
Currently Jeff is Pastoral Musician at St Benedict, Fontana, WI – a full time position begun September 2007. Since 1994, Jeff has served as Director of the Milwaukee Archdiocesan Choir. Previous positions were Director of Liturgical Music at St Matthias, Milwaukee and Director of Liturgy & Music at Christ the King, Mesa, AZ while also serving as the Diocesan Chorale Organist and even earlier as Minister of Music, along with his wife Debra at St. Anthony of Padua, Milwaukee, WI. Jeff and Deb have been married for 27 years and continue to work together as keyboard partners for concerts and special events.
Jeff remains a member of ALMA/NPM (DMMD), AGEHR, ACDA and AGO. Since the late '80's Jeff has been active as an arranger/composer of liturgical music for choirs, organ and handbells through many publishers including, Oregon Catholic Press, World Library Publications , GIA, Concordia Publishing House, Augsburg/Fortress, Hope, and AGEHR. Since the late 90’s Jeff has also served as a handbell clinician specializing in the use of handbells in worship.
Jeff and Deb have three sons aged 26, 24 and 21. Look for Jeff on the golf course, or hiking with his wife, during the summer months in Wisconsin.
