Weston Noble, Director of music activities at Luther College, is an internationally known conductor and clinician. He has served as guest conductor for more that 775 music festivals in the United States and abroad. He has adjudicated at the International Festival of Three Cities (Vienna, Budapest, and Prague) and served as the band consultant and guest director of the Association for the international Cultural Exchange in Vienna.
Named first recipient of the Weston H. Noble Award for lifetime achievement in the choral art. Presented by the North Central Division of ACDA—to be presented every two years to an outstanding choral conductor within the North Central ACDA. Recipient of Citation of Merit Award, University of Michigan. Conducted over 800 music festivals including over 75 All-State bands, choirs and orchestras. Only director asked to conduct All-State groups in all three media—bands, choirs and orchestras. Eight concert tours of Europe including Norway, Denmark, Germany, Republic of Czech, Hungary, Rumania, Poland, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

- St. Olaf Medallion, awarded by the King of Norway
- Named Outstanding Music Educator of the United States by the National Federation of High School Associations. First recipient of this national citation.
- Named first recipient of the Weston H. Noble Award, for lifetime achievement in the choral art. Presented by the North Central Division of the American Choral Directors Association. To be presented every two years to an outstanding choral conductor within the North Central ACDA.
